A guest house with friendly owner :) We had 1 room with shared bathroom and 1 more separated room. There was a great breakfast, the owner Leo has treated us self-made wine! He also kindly offered to transfer our group to Batumi the next day :) All was clean and comfortable.

The guest house is located in the upper part of Borjomi, not so convenient if you don't have a car. The owner Eldgar is FANTASTIC!!! There are only two room at the first floor of the guest house. You share a kitchen with the people staying in the other room and the bathroom is private. Really good value for money and beautiful environment

Good accommodation, though it's located a little far at the hill top. If you're going walking, there's a shortcut through stairs upwards, located between the buildings. I've attached photos to easily reach it. The lady is friendly, beds are comfy and a private bathroom. Sitting area outside with a beautiful view! Quiet, calm, privacy is respected in this place, good for families too.
