Cleanliness, spacious, breakfast

I experienced a fraudulent stay at Reddoorz Jatinangor due to the extremely poor condition of the room and facilities I received. The air conditioning was non-functional, the sink was clogged, the toilet had a very unpleasant odor, the bathroom was in terrible condition and extremely cramped, the bed was highly uncomfortable, the bed linens were stained with what appeared to be menstrual blood and other marks, the wardrobe was unusable as there was no space to hang or place anything, there were no chairs at all, the window could not be closed tightly, there was a pile of moldy mattresses in front of the room, and the towels were dirty. Overall, it did not match at all with what was displayed on Booking.com. I paid nearly 800K for 2 nights. I checked out a day early because I was extremely uncomfortable sleeping in the hotel. Ultimately, on the second day, I purchased a folding mattress to sleep at my niece's boarding house. The hotel management refused to provide a refund for the one day I did not occupy. The intervention from Booking.com was very poor. I received an email stating that I would receive an update, but that did not happen either. I had to call and explain the situation at length. I only received compensation in the form of credit that I could only utilize if I booked a hotel through Booking.com. Booking.com should be held accountable for cases like this as it is a scam. It's fraud!!!!!!! Don't believe everything displayed on Booking.com or another platform!!!!! The facilities in the refugee shelter is significantly better than the facilities in my room!!!! Shame on you!!!!!!!

The location is very near to the city center and it is very easy to look for breakfast.

We loved the peaceful location and modern, equipped common areas, as well as the deck. What an amazing getaway! Everything was really lovely and we look forward to coming back and renting the whole place with some friends!

G10 Guest House is a welcoming hotel. From the later than usual check-in to a beautiful rooftop with a 180º view of the city. Staff is always nice and inviting. The room size was fine, but I wish I would have taken the offer for a larger room. The kitchen area is great for limited cooking. The roof top area is huge, half open air and the other half covered, both with many cozy places to sit.

I love the furniture and the vibe that is giving during the stay. It feels like I am staying in an old money Bandung House haha. The staffs were very hospitable. the room was super clean and comfortable.

The view and place was great. Really good for whoever want to relax from the crowded city. It really make you feel so relax and also you got a very fresh air here
