One of the best stays ever. Owner Karmaji and their family members are very sweet. Best location, great view right from your bed just like shown in the Pictures . They provide a really healthy Breakfast n Dinner. They treated us just like their family members only. Whenever you go to Gangtok make sure you stay here at least for a Day. I just wish God bless these wonderful Souls..! 🙏💕

We spent two and half days here. It was a heart warming experience being a part of the family. Our host sonam bhaiya is a wonderful person and his family was also very warm. The house has a beautiful lawn and terrace overlooking the mountains. The house in its entirety, was no less than a dream come true for us. The whole family with their friendly behaviour made our stay memorable.The rooms were well maintained and spacious.It was an amazing stay with delicious and organic homemade food. I would highly recommend this place to the visitors.

    Uncle & aunty were such warm and lovely hosts. The food was amazing, the rooms were super nice and cozy. Tucked away from the hustle bustle of the city. Beautiful view of Gangtok from the rooftop. The two white puppies were a delight. :)

    The hospitality of Mr. Nima Ji and his wife. They are very friendly, helpful, kind and nice people. The arrangement they made for us to explore the places in Gangtok was so nice of them. It was really great to have conversations with them at dinner time and the food prepared by Mr. Nima Ji's wife was so tasty and homely. Overall, I enjoyed staying at The Sherpa's Abode and would recommend everyone who prefers homestay to visit this place.

    Location is great if you prefer being a little bit away from the noise of the city. We absolutely absolutely loved the location. You can avail shared taxi for Rs. 50 per person to go to MG Marg. Great location to start your Nathula journey early. The hosts of the homestay are true gems of people you rarely meet in the hospitality industry. They are genuinely happy and helpful people. Both uncle and aunty made our stay memorable. Aunty cooks amazing food, and uncle is very resourceful for a comfortable stay.
