Homestays in Parma

Place pretty clean and good location.

The host was so helpful with a tour that we had booked the wrong date and assisted us with getting it corrected. Also host was great in restaurant choice and even the best things to order. The location at first we weren’t sure bc it’s off a very quiet street but when we got out and walked around we realized it was very well situated to going around Parma and easy walk to everything. We would recommend this place.

Great location! Room and bathroom are spacious and decorated beautifully. Everything inside was thoughtfully designed. Private parking next to building a huge plus. Owner was also helpful with giving us directions to avoid driving through restricted areas.

The place is great and super clean. The location is good, 5 mins walk from the train station. Lovely and welcoming host. I'm glad I booked it on my trip to Parma.

Great modern clean room. Excellent customer service. They let me stay an extra hour due to a canceled journey during nation wide train strike.

Good location, clean, stylish apartment. Would recommend.

Very easy access. Many pillows and covers.

Very accommodating host, good location, nice facilities. Nearby laundry facility was a plus.

It is amazing, ther eis parking, in room is microwave and fridge. It was spotless clean.

Great location. Close to historic area, 10 minutes walk from the train station, and a grocery within 2 minutes walk. Refrigerator in the room was a bonus. Good lighting-I hate dark rooms. Comfortable bed.

Nice staff! Big bed for a big man! Lots of storage space for bags etc

Rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly, plus you can reach out to them very fast!

Place is very convenient and near the mall and the stadium.

Walking distance to the city center and enjoyed the balcony at the end of the day.

Very nice location, very quiet and clean. There's a good kitchen and utensils in the common room that you can use to prepare food, and there are supermarkets nearby. The free parking is also very comfortable.

Modern, well-equipped room with shared kitchen. Air-conditioned room made it a very comfortable stay in Parma. Quiet and well positioned for our stay of 4 nights. Antonio was very helpful and we would definitely stay there again as it is only 75 metres from our friend's place (who had off street parking for us!)

It was an incredible location, a beautiful space and we enjoyed our time there. There is an amazing bakery for breakfast, right outside the door and a 1 minute walk to other amazing restaurants in the square.

Everything was like the picture and well done

This was a lovely and easily accessible apartment in the middle of town, very convenient to everything I needed to do or places I needed to visit.

The manager of this property was extremely helpful in getting us directions to the property and helping us figure out parking our rental car. The property itself is in a great and highly walkable location in the shopping district. It was easy for us to walk to dinner, drinks, etc. Despite staying Halloween night, the apartment was quiet and calm. Appreciated the security of the building, as well. Great stay.

Incredible location , right next to the Duomo in Centro Historico of Parma Super quiet, clean , nicely decorated, helpful host I couldn’t think of a better place to stay in Parma Definitely a 5 star stay !!!

This is located in a very convenient location in the historical district. All new decor and furnishings, very comfortable bed. The ow we was available to answer any questions we had and to make recommendations.
