A very modern house in the city center.The owner speaks good English and the maid is very friendly to let me know the facility in the house. The location is perfect 👍,1 minute to the temple,3 minutes to the night market. Drinking machine,coffee maker, toaster, washing machine,everything you need.

After checkout we had access to a shower and bathroom. When we arrived, we had booked a room with one large bed for two friends. The staff immediately told us that we could change for a twin bed room if we felt more comfortable. We arrived late and the staff waited for us and recommended late restaurants.

Everything was perfect in the room. Located in the heart of Ayuthaya was heritage temples. We had very nice coffee and pastries offered to us.

We enjoyed the serenity and peaceful feeling of the garden and patio areas. We liked the traditional features and layout of the residence. There are good restaurants within a short walking distance. We always felt the owners cared that our needs were met and went above and beyond to help us.

She gave me a lot of information and tried to save me money where she could. She was very sweet and thoughtful! The room is just as pictured, very spacious, and the AC was definitely working well! The bed is the standard firm you expect in Thailand, but there was a nice cushion layer on top to take the edge off.
