A perfect stay for 2 nights - spectacular views (I think the scenery is best facing to the east!), great access to the nearby trails & on the bus line to Alishan. Room well-appointed with very thoughtful touches and the entire aesthetic is very well designed. The dining room has amazing views, and both breakfast and the hotpot dinner are highlights of their own. The owners are also absolutely lovely and welcoming!

The place is run by a family. The son helped us carry our luggages to the 2nd floor. The place has no elevator. Our room is huge with all the basic amenities. It's got a great view from the patio. On clear days one can view the sun rise there. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. It's about a 10 min drive from the Tai Ping sky ladder. There are no resturants close by, so grab your bento from the Tai Ping old street. Highly recommended.

In my 8 years of travelling to Taiwan, this by far has had to have been the best accommodations we have ever stayed at. Upon arrival, we were greeted at our car and immediately felt welcomed. After checking in, we were invited to have tea with the host that evening. We booked 3 king rooms and everyone was pleased with the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds and in-room amenities. We stayed for 2 nights and both mornings breakfast was exceptional and the host interacted with us making us feel as if we were at home. They recommended places to eat and sites to see during our stay and we were far from disappointed.We highly recommend that anyone that is planing to visit Xitou Taiwan to stay at this B&B, for both its accommodations and its proximity to the National Parks and other sites nearby.
