My initial stay was supposed to be 2 days but I ended up booking for a month. This property is the best for a budget business stay.

Nice local area with restaurants, markets and street food. The Host did everything to make my stay comfortable! Check in was easy, host responsive within very short time, gave good recommendations for food and even bought things for me, which I wasnt able to find. Place was clean.
