Set in Sulzau, a 5-minute drive from the centre of Neukirchen and the Wildkogel Ski Area, Pension Mühlhof offers a sun terrace, a garden and rooms with a mountain-view balcony. Everything was exceptional. The host gave us good recommendation and sent us summer card with sales in advance. Breakfast was very varied, good coffee! Calm and clean place, we could come again.

High in the Hohe Tauern Mountains, Gästehaus Zedlacherhof offers self-contained units with balconies overlooking the Virgen Valley. The interior was really pretty, all made of wood and smelling nice. The shower was great, and the internet connection was decent. I also liked the story of the house being explained in the booklet that was lying in the room.

Berghaus Außergschlöß is a traditional Austrian hut and offers rooms with panoramic mountain views in Innergschlöss. Guests can enjoy regional cuisine at the on-site terrace. This is not a 5star hotel in the city, so don't expect that kind of luxury. Luxury here comes from the incredible location, spectacular view and the character of an old traditional house. Konrad and his wonderful wife took such good care of us, our food allergies were all very carefully taken into account and the food was absolutely delicious! This kind of heart-warming hospitality is very rare.
