The room was incredibly spacious, and the views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking—everywhere you looked, there was something stunning to admire. The bathroom was a highlight, with a large bath and a great shower, making it perfect for relaxation. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. Their kindness and helpfulness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable(Thank you guys so much!). The food was also a pleasant surprise, especially as vegetarians traveling in China, as it was the best we had during our trip—delicious and varied. The location was ideal, with beautiful scenery all around. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Lily is great! She gave us loads of good tips for exploring the Yangshuo and for climbing. The vibe of the place is great and it fosters hanging out with other climbers.

Situated not far from Ping’an car park, the hotel is quite easy to get to, free luggage transport from Pingan car park is provided. This is a lovely hotel with stunning rice terrace views, and a great location to explore the nearby rice terraces and ancient villages. I loved sitting on our terrace, sipping some tea and reading in the early morning and evenings. The rooms (including bathroom) are very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel restaurant is a good option for food whenever you need it. Jason, the property owner/manager has excellent English and was very responsive before and during our trip, and arranged the taxis we needed to arrive from Guilin station and then onwards to our hotel in Yangshuo. Highly recommended.

Just 5 km from Yangshuo, The Giggling Tree is an unique guest house which is located in the tiny village of Little Mountain Gate. It features traditional farmhouses, a beautiful courtyard and an outdoor swimming pool. Free WiFi access is available. The Giggling Tree was just perfect! It is an amazing hotel - friendly and welcoming, lovely room with amazing views, wonderful staff and restaurant. Laura was simply brilliant and made some great food recommendations. Eating in the quaint courtyard restaurant area was perfect, especially the Beer fish from the Lijiang River! Great dumplings too! And the pool was a nice bonus with fantastic views. Good bicycles to rent and trips/taxis can be organised. We'd love to return again one day - the scenery is simply unforgettable! Thank you Laura! Tim and Ann

It’s conveniently located at the heart of Yangshuo’s downtown, closed to the famous shopping street, Xijie Street, and all other famous attractions. The rooms are beautifully designed in modern comforts, spacious, and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and most stunning thing is “there is an elevator!!” inside the lodge. We did not have to walk all to way up to 6th floor. We just had more than we expected and needed for a perfect stay. The host is a lovely couple and they are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. They are also professional tour guides and help planned our itinerary to explore and experience the Yangshuo local attractions. They made us feel like part of the local family and complete our travel effortless. All in all, this lodge is absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for a decent retreat with exceptional services and a genuine local experience, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be returning!!

The host land lady was very sincere and humble. She was always ready to help. She made all the arrangements for the Guilin tour for us. We really enjoyed our trip to Guilin because of her.
