The staff were polite and very helpful, even though their English wasn't perfect—it didn’t stop them from providing great service. The location is another highlight—just a short walk to local restaurants, charming cafés, boutiques, a mall, and even the Forbidden City. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-designed stay in a convenient and lively area.

The staff were super friendly … they are very helpful and made our stay so much better … we were given a nice tea gift bag when we left, amazing touch.
