Adjacent coffee shop w complimentary welcome drink Hvala 🤗 Welcoming entrance, awesome private sundeck and pool, cool rooftop deck and Jacuzzi with plenty space to lounge w ocean view. Rooms were nice, AC was already on and it was much appreciated since it was close to 40°C that day. Very modern with everything that we needed, super comfy soft bed. And most importantly super welcoming and accommodating.owner and staff. We got locked out and he was there in a minute, I had a question about the ferry and the front desk staff was super helpful and placed a call on my behalf. We already checked out but my boys wanted to watch a soccer game so the owner asked the coffee staff to set it up for us to watch. As a rental owner myself, I really do appreciate the attentiveness. Location was great...close to the center of town yet far enough away to be quiet. There are drying racks available outside in case you wash anything. Host provided helpful info, like where the grocery stores are.

Very convenient to the bus station and tourist areas. Would highly recommend.

Great location in a quaint, quiet part of town. We really liked this location just outside of the hustle and bustle of Split but still so close to everything. The room was very nice and clean!

We are very sceptic of propoerties, but this one delivered. Hotel like luxe and the comfort of having a balcony, fridge, coffee machine. the bathroom robes are an added bonus Gorgeous interior. good bathroom Great AC. a cute balcony although not much to the view. walking distance to the old town. To the bus stand and to a bus stop. All shops and chemists are literally next door. Beds are super comfy and very clean. Ana was very helpful too. We arrived post midnight and the check in is smooth and automatic.

The central location in the old town of Split is fantastic. Easy access to cafes, restaurants, bars and historic locations had made our trip to Split unforgettable. The apartment, Vale, is truly outstanding, beautifully decorated, we will be recommending it to anyone who will listen.
