I stayed for five nights and was very satisfied with the accommodation. Overall, my experience was excellent, which is quite rare. From the beginning, communication and instructions were clear, and all arrangements were handled online. Even the city tax was collected through an online payment, which is not always the case. I appreciate the convenience of online check-in, payments, and related processes. Regarding the accommodation itself, it was located in the Old Town (city center), near the Royal Palace, on a pleasant street with easy access to trams and buses. Entry to the building and the room was via a keypad code, which was very convenient, straightforward, and quick. The room was well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fan, air conditioning, towels, soap, shower gel, TV, and other essentials. I got 2 bottle of water each day for free. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was very clean, with daily cleaning service. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Communication with the facility was conducted online via email and WhatsApp, which was very prompt. They responded immediately and resolved all requests and issues efficiently. On the day of my arrival (early morning), I was able to leave my luggage at the facility, and the room was prepared before the usual check-in time. Overall, they did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations.

The location is absolutely incredible right in the centre of Turin with a parking facility less than 50 m away.

It's a short walk away from Torino Porta Nuova train station and close to the city center; the place itself is clean, spacious, and has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay; and possibly above all, Vincenzo -the owner handling the business directly- is an extremely welcoming and helpful host. He definitely raises the bar!

Super clean..Lovely style (those floors!!)… easy check-in and excellent communication… water/fridge and coffee maker a nice amenity …great value! Highly recommend!!

The hosts were great and provided clear instructions.

We loved our stay at Cicapuy. Paola (the owner) has put a lot of effort in making the place nice. Paola is a very welcoming host and made our stay very comfortable. Paola is also a great cook who loves cooking for people. We were amazed at our dinner. One of our favourite meals in Italy! It’s a small and beautiful village. We saw many flowers and loved the sound of cattle bells. I would definitely stay there again.

Massimo, Arianna and family arw amazing. They coordinated and accomodated our need for an early checkin. Communication is exceptional. This is a lovely well situated apartment in the heart of Cannobio. We did self checkin from a received video, which helped guide us through the necessary steps upon arrival. They greeted us before we departed from our short stay and their sincere warmth made us wish we could stay a bit longer and share a bit of time with them. The apartment is impeccably clean, thoughtfully/masterfully laid out and supplied with all you require in a beautiful compact space with solid fixtures and just super well appointed. We used the refrigerator to store some cheese we were transporting. There were two sparkling waters in the refrigerator provided gratis, which hit the spot upon arrival. There was coffee capsules for espresso, as well as a variety of teas. The place is compact, yet feels spacious. I could imagine staying here on business or on leisure. The hosts recommended some places to eat and we felt if we had the need that they were always there for us. Understated, yet classic Italian warmth and hospitality. Modern ammenities in a historic Cannobio building with a shared and gated/enclosed courtyard area for those that want to take in the nearby outdoors in nice weather. Highly recommended for so very many reasons! Book with confidence and stay in beautiful Cannobio longer than we did. Among the very best in its class! Enjoy!!!
