Gabriella, the owner, is a wonderful person and most helpful. She recommends the most interesting trails in the park, prepares delicious dinners, and helps in any way she can. My room was convenient and had everything I needed. There are tables under a pavilion in the back yard, where one can sit, play, and work.

Due to some mix up with the booking Peter (the host) arranged for us to stay in an apartment in another part of the village. It was an upgrade as we had a whole very comfy apartment with kitchen to ourselves. Communication with Peter was fast and reliable and the proposed solution more than satisfactory! Tip for visitors: since April 2024 local tourist tax (2 euros per person per night) allows free entry to paid sites in Slovensky Raj and includes insurance for mountain rescue costs.
