This is the nicest, most organized and coolest place I've stayed at. Everything is super clean, the view from the outside area and from the living room is just amazing.. The staff is really clear giving all the information and even recommendations. I'm looking forward to staying here again when I come back to Luzern.

Our meals were delicious and the chef took Into account for 2 of our children’s food allergies. The location and views were amazing. Our children (ages 4,9 and 11) all loved the playgrounds and treasure hunt hike up the mountain. This was a very family friendly lodge and we hope to visit again! Everyone who works here is friendly and compassionate.

All toilets and showers were clean and spacious. They offered a parking space for a very symbolic price compared to Swiss standards, and even let me park there for a couple of hours more while I was visiting the city.

Hostel Engelberg was a great place to stay with kids. Great breakfast, great restaurant downstairs, great view of the mountains when you can see them through the clouds. Could not be more central. The owners are so friendly you could not ask for a better stay. Price to value of Hostel Engelberg cannot be beat in Switzerland - at least the parts that I have seen.

This facility is perfect for families driving into Switzerland. It's walking distance to a lift that has a fun alpine playground and marble run and excellent views. Enough beds for bigger families. We brought our own food to make it more affordable, and there were kitchen and picnic facilities. We easily navigated to other areas like the lakes and Lauterbrunnen valley.

Located right on the shore of the scenic Eugenisee Lake, Pension St. Jakob is 2625 feet from the center of Engelberg and a 5-minute walk from the Engelberg Cable Car.

Very nice management particularly the manager Mr. Bakim. He is so nice . He helped me a lot . His staff was pleasant and nicely behaved. Nice breakfast and the hostel was neat and clean all the the times. I liked the hostel. I will stay here again whenever I will come again.
