This hostel was fantastic. Really lovely interior, great facilities. The kitchens and lounge area really had everything you need. We stayed in a private room and it was very nice, good size with balcony. There was sufficient bathrooms to the rooms and we never had to wait. The whole place was very nice feel and all round an enjoyable stay. Good location walking distance from the central city and main train station but away from main busy streets. Very close to local beach for swim or hanging in the sunshine. The staff were very friendly, even let us check in particularly early when we came to drop our bags off, which was a great help. Highly Recommend!

The hostel is close to the train stations Zug and Zug-Schutzengel so that one can easily walk. It is also close to lake Zugersee with a nearby little (grass) beach. The hostel is clean and the staff friendly. The food is also good, with tasty vegetarian and vegan options. Children can play in the backyard.

The room was clean and the staff was great! Plus they had a fan in the room which was a huge plus considering how hot it was.

The Bellpark Hostel can be found next to the Hofmatt-Bellpark Stop of bus line 1, with direct connections to Lucerne Train Station.

Perfect location as it is close to Lucerne Main Station, tourist attractions, and grocery stores. The property is clean and well-maintained. Smooth check-in/out, thanks to the friendly Filipina staff (though I forgot her name).

This modern hostel is located in Lucerne, 1.2 mi away from the train station and the city center. It offers a cozy lounge with TV and a library with reading corner.

The youth hostel in Lucerne is very good. Located a little way from the centre, but easily walking distance. Clean facilities, comfy beds, quiet, friendly staff and excellent buffet breakfast! :)

Our meals were delicious and the chef took Into account for 2 of our children’s food allergies. The location and views were amazing. Our children (ages 4,9 and 11) all loved the playgrounds and treasure hunt hike up the mountain. This was a very family friendly lodge and we hope to visit again! Everyone who works here is friendly and compassionate.

Very friendly family that runs the hotel/hostel. Because it was still low season we got a free upgrade to a better room which is always a nice surprise. The room was very comfortable and the location is fantastic. There is also a lovely little common area where you can watch TV and enjoy a free selection of teas.

Located in Engelberg, 1640 feet from the Titlis Rotair Cable Car, Engelberg Youth Hostel features a buffet restaurant and a summer terrace.

The hostel is located close to the Engelberg center. Everything is reachable by foot. The facilities were super clean. The dinner menu was very good value for Switzerland and breakfast had a large variety of food. I would definetely stay there again. Lockers are big enough, except for huge suitcases.

Located right on the shore of the scenic Eugenisee Lake, Pension St. Jakob is 2625 feet from the center of Engelberg and a 5-minute walk from the Engelberg Cable Car.
