The location is close to the Bund (walking distance), the style ( minimal, but modern, like a co-working space). The staff is very nice, helpful. You have a coffee machine and filtered water in the common area. The place is clean, very friendly and open to tourists ( next time I will stay here for sure). I got a nice window view. The room is small and might be a bit of a struggle to get to the top bed. But overall I am very happy with my stay! It has everything an European hostel has and even more! Thanks!

Perfect location: The hotel is right next to Nanjing West Metro Station (Line 2, Exit 4) and not so far from Line 13 entrance. It also locates between Wujang St and Maoming St which have a handful of cafes and food stores. Friendly staff: Eventhough the local staff cannot speak EL much but they are absolutely helpful, so don't hesitate to ask for help. Big and nice space in front of the front desk: You can enjoy your food/drink or work or study at the tables there since food/drink is prohibted to bring into bedrooms.

This hotel is AMAZING. As my first time in China, it was a little nerve-racking navigating in a language that I’m not familiar with. This hotel was extremely helpful in providing me their location in Chinese without me even asking! (None of my other hotels did this even when I requested it). They even provided me with a rough estimation of how much a taxi ride from the airport should cost me, this allowed me to get a fair price from the drivers. Throughout my arrival in Shanghai, they kept in contact with me & communicated with me up until I arrived at the hotel. Check-in was extremely easy, majority of the staff speaks English and are SO helpful. I wanted to wash my clothes one day but needed a Chinese phone number, and the staff offered to use theirs without me even asking. I love this place and cannot recommend it enough, the location is very central & close to the station, plenty of restaurants & shopping to do within walking distance. Overall, for the price & quality this place deserves a 5 stars. Thank you so much to this hotel for making my first stay in China so memorable! If I’m ever in Shanghai again I will make sure to stay here. Thank you again
