The hostel was very clean, very spacious and has everything you'd need in a hostel. It seemed a bit of an odd location, wich it is, but the S-bahn is just a five minute walk, so not a problem. It was a nice suprise!

Set in Essen, 2.6 km from University of Duisburg-Essen, einfacher Schlafplatz ohne Ansprüche features views of the city.

I was very disappointed with this property and would not recommend it for a stay. The overall cleanliness was poor, and the place felt neglected and messy. It seemed more like staying in an untidy apartment than a properly maintained accommodation. The condition of the property did not meet my expectations and made the stay uncomfortable.

Place was easy to find free parking was OK, if you could find a space on the street. Price was cheap

I loved the structural organization, comfy and private beds. Cleanliness off the bathroom, showers which are actually a separate bathroom itself so you can have all the privacy you need. One off the best hostels I've been to Also great and welcoming staff

The host is way nice, they always try to arrange you in a single room, even though you've booked a shared room! The room is very clean and quiet, location is perfect, public transportation is very convenient, in the city center, shopping and travel to other neighbor cities are so easy! Everything there is just perfect! I always stay there if i need to travel to Düsseldorf, told the host I want to live in the same room and same bed as before, they made it, I was truly delighted!!! Honestly and frankly speaking: It's really highly commended!😊
