I honestly wish I could have stayed another night. The whole place was squeaky clean, especially the bathroom! The bed was super comfortable with wonderful privacy curtains and a little personal shelf, and the bar attached to the hostel cooks up the BEST pulpo a feria. There’s a river-beach a few paces away to relax like the locals do and also, the river is the perfect place to soak tired feet in cold water. The hostel is just a minutes walk back to the Camino path. Like many places in Spain, the walls are thin and the place is a bit echoey when folks make noise. Bring your earplugs if you’re sensitive to that.

The family running the hostel were lovely, very friendly and really made us feel welcome and had everything we needed to hand. Breakfast was a great addition and the communal dinner was also great the crepes made our day 😅 the outdoor space was lovely to spend the afternoon after a long day walking.
