I loved the location, the café Camino, and the owners' friendliness. This is the perfect place to start the Camino de Santiago in my opinion. The owners have both done it and they'll give you lots of great tips! Plus, the rooms are very clean and tidy, the showers are amazing, you're right at the historical center of Caminha... I have to come back!

Great big hostel for a Camino piligrime. Nice view, all the restaurants and ferry to Spain is just up to 10 min walk. Had a fridge full of beer, water and other stuff to buy so you don't have to look for an open shop.

Comfortable bed, right on the Camino Litoral, friendly staff, kitchen available though limited seating. The location is incredible—you can hear the Ocean waves from the common area. You can walk 2 seconds to the beach to continue your Camino reflections when it gets to noisy in the hostel. Tight fit in the 6-person dorm but everyone was incredibly mindful of space and noise levels.
