We stayed at this location twice, one night before going to Svaneti and one after. Anna is a welcoming host. The room truly has a panoramic view, floor to ceiling. Lovely, large terrace. Shared kitchen. Excellent breakfast. Hot water for showers. On-site parking. Good internet.. Anna provided us with a couple of local food treats upon arrival which was lovely.

A clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Kutaisi. It is close to the center but in a quiet street, and it has all facilities necessary! We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners and staff were also very flexible and helpful with our requirements.

    Stayed just for one night on my way from Svaneti back to Tbilisi but would have loved to stay longer! Everyone I met that evening was talking about how this is the best hostel they've ever stayed at and I would agree: airconditioned rooms, cozy common areas, friendly people, great location and three little kittens! If you're staying in Kutaisi, this is a great place to meet other travelers. Dato is also a very dedicated host and always ready to help or answer questions.
