Extremely great value for people like me have overnight layover in Tokyo and neither want to spend $150+ for less than 10 hours stay, nor want to spend a night at the HND. The guesthouse is clean and comfy, you can stay in the living room chatting with the owner and other travelers, which is the best part staying in a hostel. It is just 3 mins walk from the train/metro station. Be prepared for carrying your luggage to second floor where the hostel is. Convenience store and restaurants surround the hostel. If you are a light sleeper, eat plugs is recommended just in case your roommate snore. The owner is super friendly, no problem communicating in English. If you like manga, aka Japanese comic, you will have endless chat with him. Very satisfied stay. Highly recommend and will stay here again for sure next time.

Super clean. The shower rooms and bathrooms are the best I've seen in a hostel, and all shower necessities are provided. Upon check-in you also get a bottle of water and towel for free, and every day from 19:00-20:00 you get a free drink at the lobby. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
