The well is a paradise, perfectly located, It is a place where every detail is studied and considered. The owners are wonderful, even though I stayed in the low season so never met you in person, they always answered the phone at all times and even after I left they continued to answer to my questions. I recommend the place hands down! The pink house next door does incredible breakfast, make sure to have a coffee there!

I stayed in a private room. But by far the best room I’ve stayed in hostels! The big bed was super comfy & the water pressure and air con was so strong (things I’ve struggled to find in Sri Lanka). More so the owners really make this place! It’s family owned, and you can tell they really care about their new business. Breakfast is lovely served with coffee/tea, fruit and different mains every day. They go above and beyond to help with any request you have. I wish them and their business all the best :)

Very nice hostel and friendly host. When you arrive he will offer you fresh coconut juice from their garden. Breakfast is awesome and all the spices, vegetables and fruits are collected from their own garden. So they are very fresh. So the breakfast and dinner here is worth a try. Room and the bathroom are very clean. Garden is very large and good for relaxation. We would like to stay in Old parkland hostel again when we back in Galle. Highly recommend.
