A few things to say: 1. The facility is not a hotel per say in the sense that you don't have room service and a staff that cleans after you and provides you clean towels... but you have everything you need to make it work on your own. If you expect 5 star services you will be disappointed but if you can manage things on your own it is a great value. 2) location is great and rooms are quite nice. 3) Riga is absolutely beautiful.

Everything! The ambiance of the place is unmatched. The common room has been a great place for socializing and hanging out with other travellers. The hostel is spotlessly clean and tidy; the staff and volunteers are accommodating and absolutely amazing! The breakfast couldn't be better - eggs, waffles, bread, cheese, salad, cereals, jam, and coffee. The bed is comfy and the room is considerably large.
