Paula was super nice and it was a wonderful welcome to Stockholm! The hostel is right in the center of Gamla Stan and it’s a 5 minute walk to any destination in old town. We stayed in a twin room and it was very cozy, and all of the common areas and bathrooms were well-kept. It was very clean and organized, and we never had to wait to use any facility. I absolutely loved this hostel and would definitely stay again if I were ever to return to Stockholm!

Room and bathroom was very clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. Place is in the middle of quite island. There are lots of place to take a rest in the hotel.

perfect location near city centre, walkable to gamlastan and main tourist attractions, ferry points. Fabulous restaurant cum bar at the hotel/ lovely reception area with a good breakfast spread and a congenial staff like Larry who went out of their way to help me with lockers. shall definitely be staying again here on my next trip.

For me most important thing in hostel is hygiene and this place is very clean. I also liked no shoes policy. Easy and fast check-in.

We had a great 2 night stay at Zinkensdamm. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The guest kitchen was excellent - free pasta is such a good idea! The beds were comfy and the toilets and showers excellent. The whole place had a really good vibe about it. :)
