Besides the fact that all of the staff take care of you as if you are staying at a 5 ☆ hotel, everything is new, modern, and exactly designed to function like a Swiss watch. Having the bed all made up in advance and privacy curtains were exceeding nice surprises. The restaurant is one of the best places in the city. Unbelievable range of choices and all are exceedingly appetizing and nicely presented. In 5 days, never ate elsewhere. The location in the city is very convenient, a very quiet location.

Exceptional staff. I don't understand why this hostel has a lower rating than other hostels I have stayed in. The residents were all very respectful of one another--at least while I was there. The set up of the room (an 8-bed room) provided for privacy and a level of comfort I have not experienced in other hostels in Dnipro.

The hostel was very clean. Sergey provided me with slippers to use. He was also very helpful determining the correct platform by translating my bus ticket back to Kremenchuk. Moreover, "Era", one the residents arranged a taxi to pick me up at 05.30 the morning I left. And then she actually came down with me to make sure I got in the cab without problems. This was very kind of her since it was about 0C. Very nice people. They have several washing machines and drying racks for clothing. The day room and kitchen well very nice and well equipped. My bedroom( I had a single room) was clean, comfortable, with good linen and pillows. There was a small heater which did an excellent job of warming the bedroom. Very nice room. Security is excellent. There is a locked gate where you enter the property from the street. A locked exterior door and a locking door to enter the hostel itself.
