Stay a few nights, relax to the sounds of Hope River which flows below, hike up the road to a few waterfalls, book a table at the Pretty Close Ital restaurant nearby, and visit the art center at Papine.

This is by far one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at and without a doubt the best hostel in DR. Everything is new and works well. The open space is beautiful and the views are amazing. It is a social place and I met so many nice people there who became friends during the week and a half I ended up staying there. Couldn't recommend more!

We stayed here as a compromise between my desire to stay somewhere off the beaten path, and my partners desire to spend time in Negril. It was a short drive to Negril and I really felt like I got to see a different side of Jamaica.
