You mention location, initially this concerned me, but I discovered it to be quite convenient after all, with public transport as well as walking.

They have a huge dining area and kitchen, a mini bar, a library/reading room, a coffee room, reading nook every corner, and a nice lobby to chill. No elevator so you will surely get your exercise if you have a room in 2nd or 3rd level. Very close to all good spots in Old Quebec and about 30-45mins away from Montmorency Falls. Lots of restaurants around the area, and very close to Place d’Youville, Petit Champlain, Chateau Frotenac, and more.
