Staff is really nice and the general atmosphere in the hostel is great. You can also rent some last minute gear for Torres del Paine. We slept both in the dorm and the private room. Both were great

Furthermore, the hotel itself sets a very comfy and warm environment for the guests providing one with a very homey feeling.

Clean bathrooms. The staff is helpful to book trips to the national park.

The rooms here are equipped with a private or shared bathroom; some of them have mountain views. They all have TV, on our fourth floor you will find a wonderful view of the city and mountains that surround Puerto Natales. Located five blocks from the Main Street the location is good. The staff were super helpful and spoke excellent English. The accommodation was modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. Just be aware that they have rooms in a block at the back that go up 3 or 4 floors, so if you don’t want to be carrying your luggage up several flights of stairs ask for a ground floor room. There is a gated parking area if you have a car. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Patagonia, and started at 6am which was ideal because it meant we could leave early for Torres and be in the park for 8am. We would definitely stay here again.

At the hostel, all rooms are fitted with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. Every room has a private bathroom with a shower. We especially liked the hospitality and humour of Willi and his wife. Hostal Nataly has a very cosy, homely charm and there is a lovingly prepared breakfast, with everything you need. The bed was one of the most comfortable and cosy beds we have ever had! Although we had mistakenly booked a room with 2 single beds, Willi changed our booking so that we got a room with a double bed. Just super nice and helpful! We can highly recommend Hostal Nataly and would come back anytime! :-) Thank you very much for the great stay! :-) Sarah and Tim
