The way to the hotel is easy of you take motorcycle - the you just go down. On the way back it can be a bit challenging though. Hotel is really nice and chill, not many people so you can really enjoy and relax. They give sunbeds and hammocks, swimming pool is pretty big. Food is good but if you eat a lot you may ask for double portion as they are little small. Prices are not so bad if you consider the place and how difficult is to get there. In the morning we saw monkeys!

Masaya Casas Viejas er staðsett í 30 mínútna fjarlægð frá Minca í Magdalena-héraðinu, á fjórhjóladrifnum eða mótorhjólum, og í 12 km fjarlægð frá Santa Marta. Það býður upp á verönd og garðútsýni. The view is breath-taking, you just have to travel through some questionable roads! Food is lush, just bear in mind there are no shops. Andrea is an incredible salsa teacher! Thank you! Edward gave a really good waterfall tour (only me I was lucky!)

I LOVED this hostel, the beach was great without any waves, not a lot of people, very calm water. The breakfast was delish, the food and drinks sold at the bar were very good, a bit pricey but not too bad. I will stay here everytime I visit Santa Marta. Do keep in mind that it's like 15/20 min drive to the center of Santa Marta, but taxis are cheap.

It is more than just a Hostel and cafe, and more than just a place to stay. Justin is making moves and giving back to the community, and finding away to bring people back to nature, which is more than I can say for most of the hostels I’ve stayed at. If you’d like to be part of something bigger, it’s a good place to start. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating! The place was clean, set up well for travelers and in a great part of town! It was especially nice being able to talk to an expat Justin, who was quick to show me all of the areas i should check out. The set up and price make this a great place for someone passing through for an evening like myself or for a more long term stay there in Santa Marta!

Hostal Vista Verde Minca er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og veitingastað í Minca. Gististaðurinn er með bar og er staðsettur í innan við 19 km fjarlægð frá Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino.... Really nice experience in Hostel Vista Verde! I only stayed 1 night but would’ve loved staying more nights there! I needed a room with 2 beds. The unit that was given to me included 2 queen size beds, with its pillows, sheets, and a covering against mosquitos (but it was not needed! The unit was clean and cozy, and the price was really good! The staff was amazing, Julia the owner was really nice, Steffany the cook, prepared a delicious dinner, and all the staff was nice, even Jualia’s son was quite adorable and has my name “Alvaro”. The hostel is around 45 min away from town, and you gotta climb a lot of hills, but it is worth the experience. In general I’d recommend this hotel!

Gististaðurinn er í El Zaino, 600 metra frá Castilletes-ströndinni, Hostal Zirumake Dentro del Parque Tayrona býður upp á gistingu með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, einkastrandsvæði og verönd. We loved the peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature, the wild macaws that visit every night were a huge highlight too! So relaxing and rejuvenating. The food was also delicious and great value!

Minca Seasons er staðsett í Minca, í innan við 18 km fjarlægð frá Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino og býður upp á verönd, reyklaus herbergi og ókeypis WiFi. Yolanda is amazing! She truly cares about her guests. Every breakfast is different because she doesn’t want anyone to get bored with the food. This was our best stay in Colombia. The property is also in a wonderful location: quiet, perfect for resting, with beautiful views and plenty of birds to see.

Fantastic little place in the middle of the jungle. Large comfortable room, great common area and delicious food. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as well

The hostel is very clean, quiet, and convenient. the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The fan and air conditioning in the room made it very comfortable. We highly recommend staying here.

Bohemia Beach Tayrona er staðsett í Guachaca, í 15 mínútna fjarlægð frá Tayrona-garðinum og býður upp á gistirými, veitingastað, sundlaug, bar og einkastrandsvæði. Ókeypis WiFi er til staðar. We loved the place :) The location and the vibe was fantastic, the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very tidy and well-prepared. The food and drinks in the hostel restaurant were delicious. Highly recommend
