Check in and check out all alone without having to talk to the staff, big plus in my eyes. Also the price was really good for two nights in an apartment with three beds.

The young man at the reception was very helpful and made sure we understood both everything about the keys and where the rooms were, and where the facilities were, but also helped out with a city map and explanations of the nearby attractions. Also, there is a very nice, fully equipped common kitchen for the guests to use, which we found highly useful.

Hostel Postel is well situated in Český Krumlov, and has a garden, free WiFi and a terrace.

Owner was really nice and accommodating. This was the cheapest room in Kvilda and I saw photos from previous visitors, there were no surprises. After 80km bike ride all I need was a hot shower and bed. Btw, you have to make your own bed - not a big deal though. Book directly for even better rate.
