Looming is an eco-friendly hostel located a 10-minute walk away from the Tartu Railway Station. The personal was very friendly and informative, the hostel is clean and it has a very colorful happy vibe about it. The kitchen, showers and toilets are very clean and spacious. I got to choose a bed because there were several free. It doesn't include towel and you have to give €5 to get a key to the locker which they give back when you return the key
