They went above and beyond by reserving our favorite room, which left a lasting impression before we even set foot on the property. When we arrived, it felt like coming home. The staff was there to welcome us, making us feel valued from the very start. August, in particular, was treated like a member of their family—Mr. Ashraf and the team took such great care of him, even setting up a bed just for him and constantly checking in to make sure he was happy. They made such an effort that August didn’t want to leave! The check-in process was quick, friendly, and filled with good energy. Upon entering our room, we were welcomed with three bags of goodies and water, a thoughtful gesture from Mr. Ashraf himself. Throughout our stay, the team continued to impress us with fantastic deals around Dahab, all arranged with a VIP touch but still at very competitive prices. You might expect that level of care to come at a premium, but Shams consistently offered great value. As we prepared to leave, the team surprised us again with a special gift, a beautiful reminder of the memorable time we had. Adam and Mory were amazing at helping plan activities—from trips to Abu Gallum and Blue Lagoon to hiking Mount Sinai. They had great recommendations and helped arrange everything so easily, even loaning me gear for the activities. If you’re coming to Dahab and want more than just a place to stay—if you want connection, kindness, good vibes, and a beautiful space to relax—Tecoma is the place. I left feeling like I’d made new friends and can’t wait to come back.
