I came in the first week of September and basically had the whole place to myself. The beds are computer and spacious. There are two a plug sockets per bed and a privacy curtain. The WiFi is good, it’s very clean, the showers are nice and warm. I didn’t meet the staff but they were prompt and helpful when responding to messages. You can let yourself in and out using a code instead of a key, which I liked. There was also a locker provided which used a combination to unlock, so you don’t have to bring your own padlock.
