Basecamp Wales offers family-run hostel accommodation in Llanllyfni, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park and 30.3 km from Pen-Y-Pass and 8.2 km to the beach at Dinas Dinlle. wonderful location, really a "base" - good starting point for snowdonia, castle visits and/or peninsulas; extremely helpful and friendly service; good place to relax and even alpacas and sheep to feed and breed

I booked my stay very last minute after a change of plan. The bunkhouse was clean, tidy and warm when I arrived and I had good communication from the wardens. I love this bunkhouse for its location and amazing drying room to hang all my adventure kit!

Very charming and beautiful location with stunning views. The host Sunni is very welcoming and nice. Breakfast and dinner is excellent.

This hostel had everything fully equipped kitchen. Guitar piano board games. Drying room for clothes amazing helpful staff. Definitely would recommend.

Matatagpuan sa Trawsfynydd, 18 km mula sa Portmeirion, ang Llety Glyndwr - Bunkhouse ay nagtatampok ng mga kuwarto na may mga tanawin ng bundok at libreng WiFi. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our stay during the Christmas holidays. Would definitely recommend!

Naglalaan ang The Butchers Arms - Grill Pub and Accommodation sa Merthyr Tydfil ng para sa matatanda lang na accommodation na may terrace, restaurant, at bar. We arrived at 10 pm on a Friday night, greeted by an amazing Manageress who was so helpful considering they had a busy pub with a 50th celebration going on. We stayed here initially for the proximity to the car park to do Pen Y fan horseshoe, we couldn't have picked better. After a few drinks we met the landlord, Andrew, a fantastic, interesting, local knowledged man. Being a former mountain rescue man he advised us on many things regarding our climb, early start to see the sunrise, which direction to do the horseshoe, amongst other useful tips .He arranged water and snacks for our follow day even though its was by this time midnight. Following evening meal was so reasonably priced for the quality and size of the meal. Drinks were very well priced. All staff were amazing. Room was spotlessly clean, Views were unreal. Overlooking the mountain having Sunday morning full breakfast in the warm sun was an absolute winner. Highly recommend this place. Well Done Andrew and team
