I cannot say enough good things about this hostel! The owner is an angel! Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was such a warm, family feel there, and it was the perfect size for conversations with friends old and new. There were plenty of facilities, and there was such care and attention to every aspect of the guests' stay. If I ever come back to Batumi, I will ABSOLUTELY stay here!❤

Room was very spacious with super comfortable bed and all the necessary facilities for our short stay. Apart from that the patio was super pleasant to chill, with very cute cats :) Our host was also very welcoming and helpful. The distance from the beach was also short, about 7 minutes. And the property was also close to all central facilities.

Surrounded by green gardens and tropic trees, TJ hostel is located in the Batumi's green suburb of Makhinjauri, a 10-minute walk from the public Black Sea beach. When I arrived after a long day of travelling I was upgraded to a better room than initially booked. A beautiful 2 bed room with bathroom and balcony. The room also has a fridge. It was a super nice surprise and gift after a long day. The owners are very helpful and speak English very well. You can ask them anything. They give good recommendations and information. The rain shower is amazing after a day out. The rooms are hotel standard. And if you come in the right season you might be lucky to taste fresh fruits from their garden, so delicious!
