Staff was always very available and spoke good english. The rooftop is the highlight of this place, as it has a magnificent view over the pichola lake and of the sunset. Beds were also very comfortable and wide. Shower worked properly (which is a rarity) and hot water ran smoothly

The location was great, inside the fort, close to the airport, bus stop and train station. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful.. the rooms had great city views. The rooftop cafe was cute and cozy with a great view.. and the food was amazing as well. And i booked the desert safari through them, and it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. They didn't overcharge. We did camel and jeep safari, camping and slept under the stars. The people were great. Made new friends at the hostel... Overall it was a great experience. And i absolutely recommend this to everyone.

In my opinion, the best hostel I had in my three weeks of traveling in India. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. If you're looking for a challenge at table football, you have to play against Bunny. He's really good. Thanks for the wonderful three days

Nice location close to the fort with view from the rooftop, team was really nice and room perfect ! They also organize safari in the désert, we only did one night but we reccomand to spend more ! Perfect location, both right at the center and yet very quiet and peaceful. Vaishali and Ayan (the owners) were really model hosts, fun, helpful, and just made the stay all the better. Would definitely come back here in a heartbeat

The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city and close to major tourist attractions, markets, and cafes. It made exploring Jaipur very convenient. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was fresh, tasty, and filling, with good options to start the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe was relaxed.

Such a great stay at Madpackers! We had a private room with good AC and hot water; and slept well in comfy beds not disturbed by sound of street! The rooftop is a great hangout spot to play cards, meet new people, drink beers and on sundays watch the kites flying above the city! Great view and super friendly staff who also put on some fun evening activities!
