The property is a vintage Kerala style home , the dorms wear really spacious and every corner of the house was beautiful. The rooms have a safety deposit box. Really nice ambience, in the middle of actual coffee farm. The location is legit, exactly what i was looking for.

Maybe my favourite hostel after 4 months in India - I booked for 2 nights and ended up staying over a week. You can get out of bed and jump straight into the backwaters. The sunrise boat tour through the mangroves is a must (& really good value). Loved the Keralan breakfast in the morning, and appreciated being able to use the kitchen to cook my own food after travelling for ages! Attracts a great backpacker crowd and is super social in a chill way. Rooms are simple but clean and the outdoor common areas are perfect - hammocks galore. Thanks for a great stay 🌊🌴🌞

The hostel was very clean, everything was new and worked well. It was nicely furnished. There was warm water in shower. Lot of space in the room and common area. The common area seemed good for socializing. There wasn't a kitchen but a place to eat your own food and wash your dishes. Air conditioning worked well in the room. There was a television in the common area from which you could probably watch movies. There was nice music in common area. The place was peaceful. I could leave my luggages in the hostel for few hours after checking out. There was a small cafe from where you could buy drinks like coffee, juices and maybe some cutted fruits.

Then I came across The Hosteller.. it is infact a dormitory but very nice. And the ambiance around is very nice. Everyone was very cooperative. The hall on group floor is the best. Good staff. Best place for working class people

At the hostel, rooms include a desk and a balcony with a mountain view. Every room is fitted with a safety deposit box and certain rooms have river views. At Crossroads Hostel 1957 all rooms come with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. Such an amazing place. I stayed almost one month there so i think it means everything about the place.
