Dopa Hostel is located Bologna, a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral and 350 metres from Palazzo Poggi Museum. It features free WiFi throughout. The hostel was so homely and they made a big effort to facilitate interactions between everyone which was really nice for a solo traveller. The hostel was clean and the rooms were comfortable.

Care for small small details like reading lights in bed, curtains for privacy, personal lockers had sensor light. Nice place to sit at the back of the guest house. Small games were available, the novels were available to read, cookies in the main lobby. And the place was really aesthetic.. I am happy with my stay at the host.

Located in Fiorano Modenese and with Luciano Pavarotti Opera House reachable within 19 km, Al Santuario di Fiorano Charming Hostel provides express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a garden,... hotel recently renovated, breakfast is good and staff is nice.

CASA DELLE GUARDIE Rifugio er staðsett í Madonna di Fornelli og er í 33 km fjarlægð frá Rocchetta Mattei. If you are walking the Via degli Dei or looking for a peaceful place to stay close to nature, don't look any further. We (a couple in their early 30s) stayed at the Refugio for one night in a 4-bed dorm room. These were the first bunk beds in a long time, where you couldn't actually feel it all moving when the other person moved a finger! They were super comfortable too, and if you are not hauling your sleeping bag around, it is possible to ask for bedsheets as well. The bathrooms looked like they were recently renovated and were super clean. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious and plentiful and provided the opportunity to connect with the other hikers. Wifi is available at the property but be prepared for spotty phone coverage (or maybe it was just our provider).

Il Rifugio di Mario is located in Monzuno, within 32 km of Rocchetta Mattei and 39 km of Unipol Arena. The flat was clean and organized with everything you may need.

The staff was really kind and the social spaces are really well organized. Plus the breakfast has a lot of good options and it was a plus. Good place to meet other travelers
