A 10-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station, Ostello Domus Civica is set in Venice’s San Polo district. The staff were the most lovely people ever, they made everyone feel really welcome and were always happy to help and give recommendations. The location was amazing, it had beautiful views and was close to the station and bus stop to the airport. Just know that it’s Venice and you have to walk 20-30 min to get anywhere (like Doge's and Piazza San Marco) lol. I didn't mind it at all as I was used to walking and expected it. The hostel was in an old building with a dated style, the rooms were smaller but were clean and the beds were comfortable.
