Boken Kazoku er hefðbundin 90 ára gömul bygging sem er umkringd náttúru og er með verönd og leiksvæði með fjallaútsýni. The restaurant was amazing. we ate breakfast everyday and dinner a few times during our stay, and the food was always amazing. It was a little quiet, but the hosts were incredibly welcoming, and anan-san even gave us some tips on where to get find powder stashes!

It was very cosy during winter, and a perfect base for a solo traveller visiting for winter sports. Everything was very clean and well-maintained by the staff. The kitchen was well-stocked with cutlery etc and it was easy to prepare meals (which I had pre purchased ingredients for prior to arriving in Niseko, as recommended by other reviewers here). Staff were very friendly and had affordable snacks available for sale at reception.

Steve and Co. at the Owashi were wonderful hosts for my stay in Niseko. Very attentive crew willing to help you resolve a wide array of problems you may experience. I cant fault anything from the Owashi team, except maybe the live musician. Voice could do with some work
