Very quiet, clean, nice bathrooms, lockers, privacy curtains, mosquito nets (I never saw mosquitos in the rooms), hot water, great kitchen, nice little free breakfast, nice staff, super nice pool, good common areas, great WiFi, location is fine. There are tuk tuks everywhere. I ended up staying here 9 nights. This hostel is very new and you can tell.
