They offered snacks and tea and coffee for breakfast. They were very helpful in showing us around Battambang. There was aircon in the room which was good for the price. And even though the shower was quite small the water was powerful and hot

THE PLACE Hostel Battambang er staðsett á þægilegu svæði og býður upp á gistirými í hjarta Battambang. Gestir geta notið máltíða á þakveitingastaðnum eða fengið sér drykk á barnum. Just a great place to stop over for a day. Staf really helpful and nice. Rooftopbar is probably one of the cooler locations in the town. Battambang could be really nice one day. Loads super nice colonial buildings in the center. But it looks like the old town of Havana where you have the unpaved streets and derelict buildings. The boat trip from Siem Reap is worth the dystopian experience though. (Buy yourself a beer cooler and sit with a couple of friends on the roof for 6 hours and enjoy the view)

The owner is super friendly and really wanted to help! I travel by bike and he made sure it was safe! Beds are comfy, warm shower, family dinner and tours!
