Shady transit hotel er staðsett í Katunayake, í innan við 11 km fjarlægð frá St Anthony's-kirkjunni og 33 km frá R Premadasa-leikvanginum. Absolutely fantastic location, 5 minutes ride from the Colombo airport, very peaceful and pleasant. The hosts were super helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious , clean and good AC. Some shops and dining near by. Short tuk tuk ride to Negombo beach.

Wow what an amazing welcome in Sri Lanka. I flew in yesterday evening late at night and the manager came to pick me up from the airport (for free). The room is very good, with A/C, hot water, bottled drinking water. The hospitality of this place is unbelievable. I received a free SIM card (5GB), breakfast in the morning and one of the staff members took me to the bus to Kandy. Actually we needed to chase the bus and I managed to catch it. And so was able to leave a bag here and come to get it when I leave Sri Lanka. I’m a solo female traveller and I felt completely safe. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone .
