Star Eyes Hostel is an amazing budget hostel located in Weligama (close to jungle beach). And even though is rather social, the dorms are very quiet so it's easy to rest properly! The owner is such a friendly and welcoming man. He is working so hard the entire day but always with a smile on his face. Apart from that, the facilities are always clean and they provide some good food as well. I tried the grilled tuna fish with bolied vegetables and it was great! In short, my experience in this hostel was 10 put of 10. I do absolutely recommend it!

The location, the place is very clean, the staff is super friendly and always willing to help. I was in hour different hostels in Hiriketiya and this is by far the best one.

Located in the up and coming coastal town of Midigama on Sri Lanka’s southern coast, Lime & Co Hostel is a surfers paradise. I had a really lovely stay at Lime&Co! The room and bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The outdoor area and kitchen is also very nice. The staff and security are great, I felt very safe to stay here. They also have space inside to park your tuktuk/scooter/car safely. It is walking distance from the beach and nice restaurants, so going out for an early morning swim or food is very easy.

Wifi was enough to work. Food was plenty and tasty. Room was comfortable and had an opening in the roof, so it was quite creative.

Showcasing an expansive rooftop terrace with day-beds and barbeque, JJ's Hostel Mirissa is a boutique hostel located in Mirissa North, only a few minutes walk from Mirissa Beach. This is one of the best hostel I have ever stayed at (and I have stayed in MANY of them). It's a hostel with real attention to detail, to make sure that you feel good and comfortable and the facilities it provides are so many for the price you pay. I stayed 2 nights in a dorm and 2 nights in the private room. The female dorm was really clean (as whole hostel) , has an attached toilet and 2 attached showers. Every bed comes with curtain, socket, lamp. Very spacious room. Very nice people in the dorm. The whole hostel is very clean, there is filtered tap water for free, a beautiful pool, a yoga place which you can use for yourself, a rooftop. Good wifi. (The location is in a narrow dark street but its very close to the central street and walking distance to the beach so for me it was positive). Good price. Very friendly and calm people who work there. Everything is perfect.

Located in Dickwella, 500 metres from Hiriketiya Beach, Hiri Hideout provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a bar. The beds were comfortable and nice to have your own little cabin. Location was great, quiet but close to city center.

Situated in Mirissa, 700 metres from Mirissa Beach, Salty Sand Hostel features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Great hostel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are extremely helpful and kind.

Set in Dickwella, within 2 km of Hiriketiya Beach and 4.4 km of Hummanaya Blow Hole, Tharurashmi Sea Pond Villa & Hostel, Hiriketiya offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the... The rooms were really comfortable and everything was clean. The bathroom was great as well! It’s also very budget friendly. But the most amazing part of my stay was the wonderful family! They are so kind and will help you with any issue as well as give amazing advice on what to do in Hiriketiya. I will definitely come back!
