We were so excited to make this incredible find in Horta! The hotel is in an amazing location, just a short walk from all the best sights. Our room was absolutely stunning, with the most breathtaking views of the marina and Pico Island. The building itself is a true masterpiece, a perfect example of preserving local history. We loved the café, which felt like stepping back in time, and the themed rooms were so fascinating, telling the story of the golden age of flying boats crossing the Atlantic.

Located in Horta, Cidade Mar offers beachfront accommodation 1.4 km from Praia de Porto Pim and provides various facilities, such as a private beach area, a shared lounge and a terrace. We stayed here multiple times because it was clean, close to town and the hostel/hotel is well thought out
