The name visby legi embedded in the window glass was impressive, never have I seen something like that. Perhaps Visby is getting a tad too touristy, I wasn't even there during festival time, but you could already tell the island was overrun with ginormous camper vans and mainland visitors by bicycles. The view from top of the city hills overlooking the city facing the deep blue sea on a blue summer day is sensational

Awesome location, neat and spacious bedroom, a few shower rooms and bathrooms, supportive and friendly staff, bed linen and towels available without extra cost, and a nice kitchen. I did enjoy my room, a lot of natural light, clean, double bed, and a fan to keep it cool. The place is in the heart of Visby.
