Sundsvall
Surrounded by nature, on Norra Stadsberget Hill, this hostel provides free WiFi and parking as well as a fully equipped communal kitchen. Sundsvall’s main street, Storgatan, is within 20 minutes’ walk. The staff were very accommodating! We loved the location. It was quiet, loved hearing the birds everyday and waking up to a relaxing spot of nature. The kitchen was very clean which made it easy for us to make breakfast. Every morning we walked through the park across the street and enjoyed the cafe and shops at the top of the hill! Also an easy access to downtown Sundsvall. If in the future we return to the Sundsvall area, this is the place we will stay!
Härnösand
Just 70 metres from the main street, Storgatan, only 5 minutes’ walk from Härnösand Station, this hostel offers rooms with TVs, bathrooms and free WiFi access.
Breakfast is self-served from ingredients found in the fridge and kitchen shelves at Nattvikens Vandrarhem.
The hotel was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

Everything was as expected with regards to the price. The breakfast was quite sinple but enough. Location was good with many possibilities nearby to sit down for a dinner and a glass. I you sometimes used to book a cheap and safe hotel this is definitely a good option.
Great location, with lots of hiking trails near the hostel. Comfortably equipped kitchen with beautiful views of the lake. Friendly staff, always ready to help with different types of problems. It’s convenient that there is a store, restaurant and bistro in the hotel building (but separate from the hostel). There are some great places near the hostel where you can see the Northern Lights without light pollution

Great location near the motorway but also walking distance to town. Building is imposing and impressive Great sound proofing in the rooms - we were not disturbed by others at all
The location, the vibe, the kitchen, the staff, the sauna, the information, everything was nice. I met some really nice people there. So many activities to choose from and everything was at walkable distance. It is one of the best hostels I have stayed in so far.
Location was fantastic, the room was clean big enough for us. A 4 bed bunk room with washbasin. Perhaps a little more storage space would have been useful. We stayed in the youth hostel section, the hotel and wooden houses also looked fantastic. We didn't use any of the restaurant facilities as we had a great communal kitchen in the hostel.
It's a nice en very organized hostel. It's nice to see that all ages are coming together there. This was by far the best hostel i ever had. And if you have a chance, book the sauna by the lake and jump in the lake to cool down! It was very cold, but an amazing experience 😄
