This hostel is housed in a refurbished 1800s prison building, on the central Stockholm island of Långholmen. Surrounded by greenery, it offers a restaurant, a shared kitchen and free Wi-Fi and parking. I like its uniqueness. I think it is perfect and because it is what it is, it feels super safe. Despite other comments, i didn't mind the walk to the subway station, didn't think it was that far. A rather nice walk actually.

Friendly staff, simple but a great breakfast buffet, mesmerising lake view and a perfect location for travellers who would like to explore Stockholm.
