The manager Islam always took care of everything for us, even the tours, always trying to know how it's going and if we were satisfied. The people at the hostels caffe were very nice too, always giving us free tea. And the owner was really nice, staying with us at the commom area to chat and play board games. The hostel at all is great, warm, and the beds are great.
