Right from the beginning, the communication was seamless, and the staff provided all the necessary information, which made check-in and planning a breeze. The location is unbeatable, perfect for exploring the city. For New York standards, the price is quite reasonable. I also found the virtual receptionist concept impressive—they were always responsive and helpful, offering 24/7 assistance. This is by far the quietest hostel I've ever stayed in, allowing for restful nights in the city that never sleeps. The cleanliness standards were outstanding, with spotless facilities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were excellent amenities, including a kitchen, lounge area, rooftop, extra showers, reliable internet, and a luggage storage area. Everything was thoughtfully set up for a pleasant stay. Nap York Hostel is an exceptional place to stay in New York, offering great comfort, convenience, and cleanliness at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Interfaith Retreats is located in New York, 300 metres from Madison Square Garden.The hostel offers a space for spiritual retreat in the midst of New York City. I loved the place so much that I already booked my next stay. The staff is incredible, room and bathroom are always clean. Lovely breakfast in the morning lovely people. Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, NY Moore Hostel offers accommodation in Brooklyn, 4 km from Barclays Center. Manhattan is 16 minutes' ride via the subway. Staff is 24/7 there and always very much available, kind and friendly. Building is huge, lots of stuff to do and spaces to socialize, pretty clean in spite of the sheer size. Lots of affordable vending machines, free-to-use kitchen and appliances, TV, outlets/sockets everywhere. It seems very safe. Never had an issue.

This uptown New York hostel is 1 block from Broadway Street and a 10-minute walk to Central Park. It features free Wi-Fi, a movie lounge, and a large patio. Very good location and staff was very nice

Set within 700 metres of Flatiron Building and 1.4 km of Empire State Building, American Dream offers rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in New York. Clean and exactly as advertised. For the accommodations and location, it’s great. Staff was friendly and helpful and made extending my stay a breeze. It’s super convenient to many transit routes and the surrounding neighborhood (Gramercy/Kips Bay) is safe to walk around.

However, you should not have very high expectations. There are two shared bathrooms, but there are more than 30 sleeping cabins (and only one toilet). This can be inconvenient, especially for those who need to use the toilet urgently, as there is a high chance you may have to queue with your towel in hand. Overall, the cleanliness and organisation are acceptable. The sleeping cabins are small and may not be suitable for travellers with two or three suitcases. It is more convenient for those travelling with cabin luggage only. The open-top sleeping cabins at least provide a sense of personal space :)) In conclusion, considering the balance between price and location, other factors can be overlooked to some extent, as the property is within walking distance of many places. There is also a shared kitchen and lobby area. You can do grocery shopping outside and store your items in the fridge, which can help keep breakfast costs low. Thank you to the whole team (the staff are polite and friendly).
